Complaints

Pursuant to the applicable regulations, the shop as a seller is liable to the customer being a consumer for non-compliance with the contract of sale of goods purchased by the consumer, to the extent specified by the law on special terms and conditions of consumer sales.

Complaints regarding purchased goods can be submitted by email to shop@millihome.eu

When making a complaint, please provide the following information: customer name, address, sales identification data (eg. customer's login, order number, date of transaction), object and cause of complaint, contact details.

The shop is committed to processing any complaint within 14 days, and if it is not possible, to inform the customer during this period when the complaint will be processed.

In the event of a positive settlement of a complaint, the shop or on its behalf, the manufacturer shall, at its own expense, send to the customer a product which is free of defects or with a defect removed within a reasonable time. If a repair or a replacement for a new Item is not possible, the shop, in accordance with the customer's request, will reduce the price or return the product's cost.
