Return of goods
The priority for us is customer satisfaction, so that we extended the time to return the product up to 30 days. You do not have to worry about your shopping. If the product does not meet your expectations, you will simply send it to us and we return your payment.
Authorization to return the goods expires 30 days after the customer has received purchased product(s) or a third party other than the carrier but indicated by the customer has received purchased product(s).
In order to maintain that deadline it is sufficient to send the goods before the 30 days period at the following address: Milli Home, ul. Motylkowa 65G, 04-776 Warsaw or send a letter of withdrawal from the purchase by email to shop@millihome.eu
The customer may use the withdrawal form template, which can be found HERE, but it is not mandatory. Milli Home returns the payment received from the customer, including the cost of delivery of the item (except for additional costs resulting from a customer's choice of delivery other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Shop) within 14 days of the customer's withdrawal by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Client. The cost of returning the goods is not refundable. The goods should remain unchanged unless a change is necessary within the limits of the ordinary usage.
Milli Home may withhold payment until the item is received or until proof of delivery is provided, whichever occurs first. The customer who resign from the purchase is requested to sign the credit note sent by Milli Home in an e-mail form.
Customized or modified on customer's request products which go beyond the standard store offer and are delivered for an individual order are not refundable.
